Guidelines For Preparing A Grant Application

The PDF grant application can be opened with Acrobat Reader, filled out online, printed out, signed and then mailed or faxed to the Foundation. They are Mac and PC compatible. If you experience difficulties downloading documents in PDF format, click PDF Download Help for assistance.  

INSTRUCTIONS:

• You must type only in the spaces provided.
• You can cut and paste from another source document e.g. MS Word.
• On completion, the form must be printed out and signed.
• Applications must be submitted in quadruplicate by 31 March each year.
• The form(s) must be faxed or posted to the Foundation.
