Members/Industry Login
Login to the ADA Members area is restricted to ADA Members with an allocated web login. Members can obtain a web login through the Join Here facility at Join to become a Member.
Becoming a Web Site Member
You can do this from the link on the home page under the login area called, Join Here.
Becoming a Member will give you access to the Members area of the web site. You must already be an ADA Member before trying to Join.
To Join, you will be required to enter your your ADA Membership Number. You can choose your own Password.
For verification you will be required to supply you date of birth. If your membership details can be validated, you will be able to login straight away.

Login Password
Your Password should always be made up of numbers and letters for maximum security.
Create your password combining with at least 6 characters or more.
Always store your password in a secure location.
If you Forget your Password, you can access a reminder from the Forgotten Your Password Page.
Forgotten Your Password
If you have lost or forgotten your password, ADA can supply you your "Password Hint" that you entered when Joining on the web site.
This will only be a hint to remind you what you put as your Password.
Here is an example
Password: red141
Password Hint: Favorite Colour + Street Number
It is NOT recommended that you repeat your Password in the "Password Hint" field.
Downloading Adobe Acrobat
Should you wish to view any of the PDF files in the ADA web site, you will need to have the Acrobat Reader installed before you can view them.

It is important that you read and follow the instructions on the Adobe web site.
Contact Us
If you do not complete all Mandatory Fields indicated, the form will not be sent.
A Java Script Popup window will notify you to which fields are incomplete.
It is important that you put your email address (must be a valid address) in correctly or the email generated will not be sent correctly.
Find a Dentist
This function will enable you to search through our comprehensive directory of all our registered Australian Dentists.
You can customise your search results to only show Dentists in your Suburb that are specialists, open extended hours, carry out emergency treatments, do home visits or even speak specific languages.
A Dentists details are given in the Profile page enabling you to contact them.
If you are finding it difficult to obtain any results from using the Search Page, you might need to select less criteria on this page.
FAQ's
The FAQ's area of the site displays the Frequently Asked Questions.
This first page in this area displays all of the Categories. By clicking on one of these Categories, all related Questions will be displayed in the next page.
Then choose the question that you are interested in finding the Answer for. The Answer will then be displayed on the next page.
