Official notice of the ADA Annual General Meeting 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Dental Association Limited (“Association”) will be held as follows: 

Date:    Thursday, 26 November 2026

Time:    7.30 pm AEDT

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Members are required to register using the link below to receive access to the meeting:

The ADA has appointed True Vote Pty Ltd to conduct the ballot.  Voting Members will receive an email setting out the links to enable them to vote.

Onsite Venue

ADA Federal Office, 14-16 Chandos Street, St Leonards NSW. Please for the safety of members and staff, physical attendance will be subject to the written prior approval of the CEO.

The business of the meeting will be:

1. To receive and confirm the Minutes of the Annual general meeting of the Association held on 24 November 2025. 
 

2. Receive and consider the Annual Report of the Association. 
 

3. Receive and consider the Financial Report of the Association. 

4. To notify appointment of the Auditor. 
 

5. To appoint Elected Directors. 
 

6. To approve Director Remuneration. 
 

7. To elect an Honorary Life Member. 
 

8. Any other business that may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the Constitution.
