Presidents Message: Chief Executive Officer

Members are advised that our current SA Branch Chief Executive Officer, Bradley Abraham, has formally notified Council that he will not continue in the role beyond his initial five-year term, which concludes at the end of 2025.

While Council was keen for Bradley to remain in the position, he has made the difficult decision to pursue new opportunities.

We extend our sincere thanks to Bradley for his outstanding leadership and the significant growth achieved during his tenure. The Branch has never been stronger—due in large part to the solid foundations, strategic structures, and the capable team that Bradley has built.

To ensure a smooth transition, Council has established a Nominations Committee, chaired by former President Dr Angelo Papageorgiou, to oversee the recruitment of Bradley’s successor.

McArthur Recruitment has been engaged to manage the search, and a comprehensive plan is in place to support continuity.

The role will be publicly advertised from 4 July 2025. Appropriate acknowledgements and a formal farewell will be made closer to the conclusion of Bradley’s term.
