The HR Advisory Service gives members exclusive access to a broad range of expert human resources advice on everything from award and pay guides to contracts, work health & safety and meeting migration requirements and more. In addition, members are able to make use of practical tools and receive support via three key phone line services including the main Workplace relations telephone advice line.

Work Health and Safety Telephone Advice: Monday to Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
Migration and Visa Advice Line: Monday to Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
