Practice Accreditation NSQPCH Standards

The National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Healthcare Standards (NSQPCH) were developed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) to support safety and quality improvements in the primary and community healthcare sector. They were developed through extensive consultation with various peak and professional bodies (including the ADA and healthcare consumers) and are applicable to the dental profession.

The NSQPCH were officially launched on 12 October 2021 and accreditation assessments have commenced on 1 May 2024 and will eventually replace Version 1 of the NSQHS Standards that many ADA member dental practices have become accredited to up until this point.

Your ADA Branch will support you with professional, relevant and practical support to become accredited to the NSQPCH Standards or transition across from the NSQHS V1 Standards if you are seeking reaccreditation.
