Members experiencing login issues, who have forgotten either their Federal ID or password can select  ‘Forgot username’ or ‘Forgot password’ on the ADA login page. The username or a reset password link will be emailed to you immediately. The reset link is active for one hour. If you wait longer than one hour to reset your password you will need to request it again. 

Please note your Branch ID will not work for Federal Services. 

ADA membership is available to individual dentists only. Once a dentist becomes a Member, their practice details can be added to the system and linked to their Member profile

Yes. ADA Ltd membership is free for Australian dentistry students and ADC candidates who reside in Australia. Students can join the ADA online via ada.org.au.

Members can update their personal and practice details on their ADA Member profile

Members can submit questions to ADA expert committees via Peer, the ADA’s online community. Committees can be tagged using @ADA, and questions may be posted anonymously if preferred.

Australian Dental Journal (ADJ): Members who have opted in will receive the ADJ via post quarterly in March, June, September and December. You can check or update your mailing details on your ADA Member profile.   

ADA appointment books were previously produced as a collaboration between the ADRF and ADIA. These were discontinued in 2024 due to low demand. 

Practice and equipment sales and lease can be advertised on ADAs Dental Classifieds. Job vacancies can be advertised on the Dental Careers Hub.  Other advertising enquiries should be emailed to advertising@ada.org.au

ADA Members can list and update practice details on the Find a Dentist directory. Details can be added or updated via the your ADA Member profile here.
