NAB Health Consumer Spending Insights

This game-changing initiative provides access to dental insights, via regularly updated dashboards by using HICAPS proprietary data to produce a macroeconomic health consumer spending indicator. In addition, members have access to economics reports, quarterly wellbeing surveys, and even Federal Budget insights. 

Members are able to benchmark their practice, set strategy and manage their operations through access to valuable insights on industry trends and practice operations via NAB Health Consumer Spending Insights – Dental Focus Reports. 

Importantly, these insights provide a clear view on industry growth by state, with dashboards being updated for members on a quarterly basis, with associated insights from experts. 

This collaborative initiative also delivers sector-specific tailored financial services, with members having access to a dedicated 1300 ADA member hotline (coming soon) which will connect them with the NAB specialist healthcare banking team who will be able to support your banking and finance needs.  This new initiative is supported by NAB Health, HICAPS and Medfin Finance which are all part of the NAB Group. 

NAB is equipping Australian Dental Association (ADA) members with dental insights via the new NAB Health Consumer Spending Insights (utilising HICAPS proprietary data to produce a macroeconomic health consumer spending indicator). Dentists and dental practice owners and managers will be able to monitor changes in the index and can choose to align their strategies with consumer needs and preferences. This can support the continued growth of the industry. The quarterly reports are available for download and members are not to circulate the report to others without NAB’s prior approval.
