Voting by proxy

A Voting Member entitled to vote may appoint one (1) other Voting Member as proxy to vote on their behalf. 

To appoint a proxy, please complete the Proxy form, sign and email it to ceo@ada.org.au stating your full name, membership number, and the full name of your proxy (who must be a Voting Member or the President). 

Once received, the Association will forward the proxy details to TrueVote, the ADA’s secure online meeting and voting platform, which will issue the nominated proxy voter with a secure proxy voting link. 

Proxy appointments must be in writing in the form required by the Board and must be received no later than 7.00 pm (AEDT) on Saturday 22 November 2025 (48 hours before the Meeting).
