Recognising members are critical to its success, the ADA seeks feedback to inform its ongoing strategy and ensure it effectively represents their interests.

The ADA recognises members are critical to its success, and it’s important to gather feedback to inform ongoing strategy.

To ensure it remains responsive to members, the ADA conducts a member survey - via an independent research agency to ensure confidentiality of responses - which seeks feedback about the services it provides, what it does well, what can be improved, and how best to shape future activities.

Everything from important strategic decisions and the allocation of resources to programs and services are informed by information gathered in the survey.

This information is vital to the ADA's role as the peak representative body for dentists in Australia, and with it, the ADA can direct its advocacy efforts to where they will be most effective for members.

ADA members will receive an invitation from Survey Matters in the week commencing Monday 11 April 2022 and are encouraged to respond with honest and objective feedback.

Any members who don’t receive this email, and who wish to participate in the survey, should email contact@ada.org.au
