On signing an application to join ADA SA membership, Members enter an agreement to be bound by the Constitution of the Branch.

Amendments to the By-Laws

In accordance with Clause 8.4 of the Constitution of the Australian Dental Association South Australian Branch Inc "Notification to Members Creation, Amendment, Addition or Revocation" and Clause 8.2 "Procedure to Make, Amend or Revoke by Council", please be advised that on 20 May 2024 Council approved the following:

Amended: By-Law 9.6, Standing Committee, Terms of Reference Finance Audit Risk and Investment Committee
