She possesses strong leadership capability in effective and contemporary governance, accreditation, regulation and professional standards, and in financial performance and business and cultural transformation. Kate has developed and implemented numerous successful strategies that have transformed industry associations and the stakeholders, policies and communities they seek to impact. She believes a strong profession, great engagement and a compelling member value proposition across the career course of every member’s journey is key to a vibrant, thriving and self-sustaining organisation.

Eithne Irving Deputy CEO / General Manager - Policy, Advocacy and Communications

Eithne Irving has been at the ADA for 13 years and over that time has had responsibility for a wide range of issues affecting the dental profession. With extensive experience in clinical practice, state and federal government roles, Eithne has unique access to government and regulatory bodies bureaucracy that ensures the ADA’s voice is heard at all levels. She represents the ADA on a number of external bodies where she is a knowledgeable and articulate advocate for the dental profession. She holds an MBA and is a Certified Association Executive.

Danielle Kacmar General Manager – Events & Sales

As a Certified Association Executive with experience in several leadership roles across the ADA, Danielle currently holds responsibility for the sales and non-member revenue functions of the ADA, along with the delivery of our biennial Australian Dental Congress. Having represented the ADA in the development of the Dental Practice Accreditation standards she is an advocate for the dental profession, committed to the delivery of exceptional value and service for ADA Members.
