Nitrous Oxide and Oral Sedation
The aim of the course is to provide the necessary didactic and practical training so course participants can:
1. Confidently and safely provide oral and inhalational sedation to their patients, and
2. Understand the regulatory requirements of providing these techniques.
This course will cover a spectrum of anxiety-relieving alternatives. It will give the caring dentist a selection of anxiolytic techniques that can be offered to their patients including non-pharmacological techniques, oral sedation, and nitrous oxide.
