RCNA Puggy Hunter Memorial Scholarship

Funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing, and administered by the Australian College of Nursing (ACN), the Peggy Hunter Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are or will by studying at a TAFE (certificate IV and above) or entry level university in:

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health work
  • Allied Health (excluding pharmacy)
  • Dentistry/Oral Health (excluding dental assistants)
  • Medicine
  • Midwifery
  • Nursing


Each scholarship is worth up to $7,500 per year for part-time study or $15,000 per year for full-time study.
