Voting by proxy

A Voting Member entitled to vote may appoint one (1) other Voting Member as proxy to vote on their behalf.

To appoint a proxy, please complete the Proxy Form and email the completed form to the CEO at ceo@ada.org.au no later than 7.30 pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 25 November 2026 (24 hours before the Meeting).  Your proxy must be either a Voting Member or the President. 

Once received, the Association will forward the proxy details to TrueVote, the ADA’s secure online meeting and voting platform, which will issue the nominated proxy voter with a secure proxy voting link.
