Voting eligibility for 2026 AGM

Voting is restricted to eligible Voting Members of the ADA in accordance with the ADA Constitution and By-Law.

Eligible Voting Members include:

• Active Members 

• Honorary Life Members

• Members working more than 770 hours per annum
 
• Federal ADA members who are not Branch members (ADA-only members)

The following membership categories are not eligible to vote:

• Student Members

• Concessional Members 

• Honorary Members

• Members on Leave of Absence

• Publications Only Members

• Associate Members

• Branch Honorary Members*

• Branch Life Members*

* Branch Honorary Members and Branch Life Members are not automatically entitled to vote at the AGM unless they also hold an eligible federal membership classification (O1–O3 or H1).

Voting eligibility will be determined based on the ADA's membership records.
