Australian Dental Congress 2025 results

A world-class program, international speakers and vibrant exhibition 

ADC2025 delivered a dynamic and diverse program that brought together international keynote speakers, leading Australian experts, and emerging voices across dentistry. The scientific program was praised for its breadth, relevance and quality, with sessions tailored to clinical excellence, innovation and practice growth.  

Complementing the education stream was a vibrant exhibition floor, where delegates engaged with more than 100 exhibitors, explored the latest in dental technology, and connected with suppliers and service providers. The energy and atmosphere across the venue reflected the Congress’s role as both a learning hub and a marketplace for ideas, solutions and partnerships.  

Record engagement and delegate satisfaction 

ADC2025 attracted 2,600 dental professionals from across Australia and beyond.  

The delegates gave a high satisfaction survey rating: 

• 4.2 out of 5 - overall experience 
• 8 out of 10 - value for money 
• 8 out of 10 - event atmosphere  

Attendees praised the diverse, high-quality speaker line-up, well-curated sessions and welcoming environment. The Congress was described as “very well organised,” with “fantastic social events” and “a great vibe and energy” throughout.  

Industry partners applaud congress 

Sponsors and exhibitors reported overwhelmingly positive outcomes.  

• 8.8 out of 10 - overall experience rating 
• 8 out of 10 - exhibitors rating for how well the event met their business needs 
• 4.1 out of 5 - likelihood to return in 2027 

Nearly 90% said ADC2025 was better or much better than other dental events they’d attended.  

Comments included “The size of the show was really good, and exhibitor were treated well” and “much better organised, exhibitor-focused.”

A platform for connection and growth 

Beyond education, ADC2025 fostered meaningful professional connections. Delegates highlighted the networking opportunities, collegial spirit, and value of reconnecting with peers.  

The ADA stand served as a hub for engagement, showcasing member services and advocacy wins.  71% visited the ADA stand, underscoring the event’s relevance and reach.

Financial results 

Financially, we achieved a profit of $1,027,000 – a result of the strong attendance by both delegates and exhibitors in Western Australia, which exceeded our expectations, and careful planning and risk mitigation. The profit will be reinvested in the Association’s future. 

Looking Ahead 

We are excited to announce that ADC2027 will be held in South Australia at the Adelaide Convention Centre, from Wednesday 19 May to Saturday 22 May 2027.   

Building on the success of ADC2025, the ADA is committed to delivering another industry-leading event for members, partners and exhibitors in 2027, and one that continues to set the benchmark for professional development, connection and innovation.
