Superlative scientific programme

FDIWDC23 features a high-quality main scientific programme offering more than 220 sessions, and 175+ hours of valuable CPD content over four full days of unparalleled professional learning. Major areas of content to be covered include both cutting-edge innovations, especially those of a digital nature and what former ADA President and Chair of the Scientific Programme Division, Dr Hugo Sachs refers to as “the bread-and-butter aspects of dentistry”.

Expansive exhibition

Exhibitions are an important feature of any Congress because they offer the rare opportunity to see products up close and in person, and to better understand services on offer by talking to representatives face to face, which will be facilitated in part by hosted stand events and late evening trading opportunities. The exhibition for FDIWDC23 will occupy 25,000 square metres over two huge floors of ICC Sydney, featuring an impressive selection of dental product and service companies and a chance for delegates to talk to ADA representatives directly.

It’s an invaluable way for delegates to get exposed to fresh ideas and approaches away from the usual distractions of day-to-day professional life and to see and talk about the products and services that will likely shape your professional journey in coming years.

Networking opportunities

A key element for many delegates of any event of this size is the chance to spend time with friends and colleagues they might otherwise rarely see. Whether the conversation is on the latest trends in digital dentistry or simply what’s going in their lives, a social programme including the Opening Ceremony, Gala Dinner, Sydney Night and Sporting Events will allow plenty of time to renew old bonds or forge new ones.
