This introductory course on the restoration of single implants covers the critical principles and procedures involved in planning and restoring single implants for effective and long-lasting results. Participants will engage in hands-on learning with analogue and digital impressions, provisional restoration techniques, and the intricacies of creating optimal contours. The course includes an in-depth look at definitive restorative options, crown insertion, and maintenance strategies to ensure implant longevity. Learn to: -Recognise different kinds of prosthetic implant componentry and their indications Identify key factors in patient selection and site assessment for single implant placement. -Demonstrate proficiency in taking accurate analogue and digital impressions for single implants. -Understand and execute provisional and definitive restoration techniques, focusing on implant contour, occlusion, and maintenance.
