Course Information

Professional communication is becoming an important focus by the Dental Board when they are investigating a complaint against you by a patient. This presentation will demonstrate how effective clinical communication strategies can mitigate the risk of a patient making a complaint and also help you with managing that complaint to hopefully avoid that turning into a legal claim or an Ahpra investigation. Examples and case studies will be shown to demonstrate how the DBA deals with issues around communication for dental practitioners
