Reversing the Drill - Improving Culture

Leadership is inherently difficult and lonely. It can be made even more challenging when leaders are faced with cultural issues inside their teams. This is particularly true when a clear path forward is not immediately evident. This program aims to provide leaders with a collection of tools and perspectives to assist them in navigating the complex environment of team dynamics, leaving them more confident and focused. Facilitators of this program approach discussions through a lens of their own personal failures as leaders (inside the military and corporate contexts), and not from any moral high ground. The course utilises facilitated discussions and hands-on training.
