A significant part of the role of a dentolegal adviser is being there for our member practitioners to assist and support ‘when things go wrong’. The aim of this presentation is to identify recurring themes and how to avoid common pitfalls to ensure safer and more stress-free practice. If an unexpected outcome or complaint occurs, we will discuss how to manage it effectively to help ensure the best outcome is achieved for both patient and practitioner. The intention is for the presentation to be interactive and there will be ample time set aside for Q&A at the end.
